Living in Parker
Parker grew from a stagecoach stop into one of the most sought-after towns in Douglas County, and it has kept a real center. Mainstreet has local restaurants, seasonal events and the PACE Center for performing arts. The Cherry Creek Regional Trail runs straight through town.
For many relocating buyers, Parker is the answer to wanting more space without giving up a reasonable drive to work. E-470 and Parker Road connect quickly to the Denver Tech Center and Denver International Airport, and new communities continue to open on the town's edges.

About 20 to 30 minutes to the Denver Tech Center and 35 to 50 minutes to downtown Denver, depending on traffic. Denver International Airport is roughly 30 minutes via E-470.
